Kaedama stands out as the centerpiece of the renovation of Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal C1 Food Court. Kaedama is an experience-based restaurant, and prominently centralizes a custom, transparent twenty-six foot tall LED sculpture with over 17,000 lights on a flowing and functional forty foot tall architectural structure. A traditional and fusion ramen bar, Kaedama elevates the dining scene at EWR and serves as an engaging atmosphere. Kaedama was thoughtfully designed and coordinated by DNA Architects along side various teams and showcases their ability and expertise in the hospitality realm.
