Saison, situated in Terminal C-3 at Newark Liberty International Airport, is a 5,000-square-foot French bistro renowned for its traditional delicacies such as beef tartare and croque monsieur. The bar features an open ice table where diners can watch their meal be prepared. The restaurant’s elegant blue facade and welcoming interior make for a sophisticated ambiance for travelers within the airport. DNA Architects designed, developed and coordinated this location along side several teams for their client, showcasing their ability to deliver exceptionl work in a professional manner.
