DESCRIPTION

The Level 4 Food Hall at LaGuardia Terminal B was conceived as a grand Marché-style marketplace, inviting passengers to meander through a vibrant mix of culinary experiences rather than simply pass through. At its heart, Talde Noodle Bar stands as the hall’s sculptural centerpiece—anchoring a collection of multiple distinctive brands unified by open sightlines and shared energy. Innovative double-sided counters allow guests to either sit for a relaxed meal or select take-out with equal ease, blurring the line between dine-in and grab-and-go. The open plan celebrates flexibility, flow, and visual connection across the entire concourse. Every detail—from kitchen coordination to lighting and circulation—was carefully aligned with the construction of the new terminal, ensuring a seamless architectural and operational integration. The result is a welcoming, dynamic environment that transforms airport dining into a curated experience of movement, choice, and design.
