Located in Concourse B of the newly renovated LaGuardia International Airport, DNA Architects along with various consultants had the exciting opportunity to service HMS Host with Shake Shack and Osteria Fusco brands. These 2 concession spaces and their shared kitchen occupy 3,232 square feet of the new concourse. Shake Shack known for it’s delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes and Osteria Fusco by celebrity Chef Scott Conant which serves up contemporary Italian fare enjoyed by many passengers and airport staff.
